Huge and neat rooms with amazingly comfortable beds and champagne, for instance. Very central location, excellent place for discovering Barcelona. Truly wonderful personnel who helped answer every question and request.  

We appreciated staying in this hotel, it was simply stunning. Everything was beautiful, peaceful location close enough to great bars and exclusive restaurants like Enigma, very good experience.

This is a beautiful new property built into a medieval palace which was built into part of the Roman wall that surrounded Barcelona in the 2nd Century ad. The combination of modern additions in the ancient historic structure is visually fascinating, and the hotel is elegant 

In overall, the place is luxury, has brilliantly helpful staff who helped answer every question and request. The breakfasts are wonderful in the hotel, with hellpful and fantastic Spanish wines.
